Repeat Prescriptions
Prescription Fees

Order Your Repeat Prescription Online

green pillsWith the consent of your doctor, you may obtain repeat prescriptions either by:

Placing your request slip in the box provided in the entrance lobby of the surgery

By post (enclosing a stamped, addressed envelope)

By fax (01299 828166) 

By completing the form.

By telephone. We are pleased to say that we will now accept telephone requests for prescriptions between the hours of 9.00am and 12.00 noon and 2.00pm and 4.00pm, telephone 01299 827171 and choose option 4.

If you have a query regarding any items you require, hand it to the staff at the reception desk. Please give at least 2 working days notice and collect your prescription after 3.00 on that day. Genuinely urgent requests for repeat prescriptions will be issued the same day but you may only be provided with an emergency supply.

Please remember that repeat prescriptions may only be collected Monday to Friday. Your local chemist may collect your prescription for you but you will have to make the arrangement with them yourself.
