If you think this service may avoid the need for you to receive a telephone call or make an appointment please access it by visiting On Line Adivce However, do not use the service for anything of an urgent nature. You should expect to receive a response within 5 working days.
Please note the busy times for telephoning the surgery are first thing in the morning between 8.00am and 10.00am. If your call is not urgent please consider telephoning outside of these times.
If you are calling for the result of a test, please would you ring between 2.00pm and 5.00pm when our phones are not so busy?
You can contact the surgery to book, check, or cancel an appointment 24 hours a day by using our automated system. Telephone 01299 827171 choose option 1 and then option 1 again. To use this system you need to use one of your telephone numbers that we have recorded on your medical record. You will be asked to key in your date of birth followed by your telephone number, then follow the instructions you will be given. To update your telephone number or other contact details click here
If you have an appointment booked that you do not want, or are unable to keep, please remember to let us know so that someone else can be given that appointment. Remember you can cancel an appointment using our website cancel an appointment or you can telephone and use our automated system 24 hours a day or you can telephone between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm to speak to a receptionist.
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered on line at repeat presciptions, by telephone on 01299 827171, by fax on 01299 828166 or in person at the surgery. There is a box for repeat prescriptions in the lobby, or if you have a query you can speak to a receptionist.
